Our mom has the biggest heart of anybody we’ve ever known. She leads with love. She shows up for her people no matter what it costs her, and she’s been doing that her whole life.
She’s always been a maker. Arts and crafts, decorating a room until it actually feels like home, throwing the kind of party people still bring up years later. Making something beautiful is how she takes care of people.
When Parkinson’s showed up, painting became the thing that steadied her. Watercolor especially. It’s a forgiving medium. The water goes where it wants to go, and a hand that shakes a little doesn’t ruin the painting. She’d sit down wound up and get up quiet.
Now she’s fighting cancer.
So we built this. Every print sold goes toward her treatment and her care, and toward giving her the experiences she’s spent a lifetime handing to everybody else. The trips she talked about. The stuff she kept putting off because somebody else needed something first. We’re done waiting on that.
Take home something she made. Help us send her somewhere she’s never been.
We’re curating experiences Kathy will genuinely enjoy, big and small, and your contributions help with the getting-there: travel, tickets, and time together, planned around the days that suit her best.
