The short version: we collect only what we need to send you your print and say thank you. We never sell your information, we never share it for marketing, and we don’t run ads or trackers on this site.
Project Kathy is a family fundraiser run by Kathy’s sons. When you contribute, you receive a signed print of one of her paintings, and your contribution funds her care, treatment, and the experiences ahead. Questions about this policy can go to bigworkdave@gmail.com.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address, along with your contribution amount and the painting you chose. That is the whole list. Payment happens on Stripe’s secure checkout page, so your card number never touches our site and we never see or store it.
If you just visit the site without ordering, we don’t collect anything about you. The site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
We use your information for exactly three things: printing and shipping your order, emailing you an order confirmation and a shipping notice, and keeping a record of the order in case something goes wrong and we need to make it right.
The “raised so far” total on the home page is an anonymous, combined number. Your name, email, and amount are never published anywhere on the site.

Order details are stored server-side and are never accessible from the public website. We keep order records so we can answer questions about your order and keep an accurate account of the fundraiser. If you’d like us to delete your details once your print has arrived, just ask.
Email us at bigworkdave@gmail.com any time to ask what we have on file about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will never apply to information we collected before the change without telling you first.
